A campus name is only the beginning
Bring the address and department from your appointment instructions when you call. Confirm the building, suite and accessible entrance with the facility. A drop-off at a hospital entrance may be different from the place where your clinic or surgery center expects you.
An example of why details matter
Memorial Hermann lists its Surgery Center in Texas Medical Center at 6400 Fannin Street, Suite 1500, in Memorial Hermann Medical Plaza. Use its official directions and ask the center which entrance and meeting point apply to your appointment.
Plan your arrival, not just your drive
Give us the required check-in time and discuss the outward pickup. Account for reaching the department after drop-off with the facility or your companion. We do not publish guaranteed travel times or promise pickups without reviewing the route and schedule.
Make the ride home part of the plan
Tell us whether the appointment has a fixed finish time or an uncertain release. Agree on a contact process and return pickup point. For surgery, arrange the facility-required responsible adult separately; the driver is not automatically an approved discharge escort.
Houston-wide routes, confirmed individually
Our coverage extends across Houston. The date, route, wheelchair fit, boarding assistance and companion arrangements must be confirmed. Coverage does not promise unlimited availability or medical supervision.
Start with a short planning call
Call with the general pickup area, date, building, check-in time and mobility needs. Ask for a private-pay quote covering the agreed journey. Facility names are destination references only; Ride Primetime does not claim a partnership or endorsement.
